Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery, formerly the Proserpi-Schlechter Center for Plastic Surgery, offers both innovative and time-proven techniques in facial, body, and breast surgery, as well as the latest laser-assisted procedures and dermal fillers to help patients enhance their appearance and confidence. Dr. Benjamin Schlechter brings over 28 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery to the table. Our office staff is comprised of our practice administrator and cosmetic coordinator, Ivy; our other cosmetic coordinator, Lynne; our receptionists, Carrie, Crystal, and Rebecca; our insurance and billing specialist, Jennifer; and our medical schedulers, Nicole and Monica. In our Operating room, we have our anesthetist, Don; our recovery nurses, Jessica and Cindy; and Charlene, our surgery technician who assists our Dr. Schlechter. Together we do everything in our power to answer all of our patients’ questions and to make each one feel empowered by their choice of our practice for their plastic and reconstructive surgery needs.
